AT FIRST SIGHT – KHAOSAN, LATIN AND ASIAN STREET FOOD RESTAURANT

The man behind the cookers is executive chef and owner Marc Blesa. His cooking does not only show his love for food but also the spirit of traveling and dig in to what other cultures eat, which reflects in the concept of restaurant Khaosan.

The name Khoasan comes from, as many of you, know the famous backpacker Street Khoan San in Bangkok. During the day filled with shops selling anything you can imagen and at night the food hawker sells local food to the crowds.

On the menu at Khoasan, Marc takes us on a trip around South-East Asia, Japan, Korea and China. Cross the Pacific to Central and South America for some Latin flavours.
